1. Intake of cold drinks and food- This interferes with the complex digestion process. Cold drinks and food can inactivate digestive enzymes therefore slowing down the process.
2. Improper food combining – most of us eat with no thought for the foods we are consuming together, this can have a big impact on our digestion.
